We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rock Luggage purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
